SSL Duplex Filter

Introduction
Duplex filter, also known as duplex switching filter, is made up of two sets of stainless steel filters in parallel. SSL double-barrel filter is applicable to filter fresh milk, sugar, beverage, glue liquid, China herb and all kinds of fine particle impurities. Two filter cartridges can simultaneously or alternately filter. It can replace filtering screen without stopping the duplex filter, so it is especially suitable for continuous production.

Features of SSL Double-Barrel Filter
1. It is composed of two cylindrical barrels and connecting lines. The inside and outside surfaces have been polished. The filter cartridge is installed with stainless steel filtering screen and filtering screen supporting basket. Deflation valve installed at the top of duplex filter plays the role of discharging air in the filter while filtering.
2. The top cover and filter cartridge of double-barrel filter are connected adopting quick-opening structure. This is convenient for washing and changing filtering screen.
3. The connecting lines adopt loose joint or clamp connection modes. The feeding and discharging valves of duplex filter adopt butterfly valves for opening and closing, which is resistant to high pressure and high temperature.
4. SSL double-barrel filter is flexible and convenient to operate. There is no material liquid leakage, so it is much healthier.
