Description
CDG alcohol precipitation tank is applicable to alcohol precipitation in Chinese medicine, oral liquid, food, health care products and chemical engineering industries. It is mainly used to freeze and precipitate the solution that is formed by concentrating Chinese medicine decoction liquid. Alcohol sedimentation tank is also used to finish water precipitation of concentrated solution after alcohol extraction of Chinese medicine. Features
1. CDG alcohol sedimentation tank is composed of elliptical head, cone base, cylinder body, in-built paddle-type stirrer and special fine tuning back-out liquid pipe.
2. The jacket can cool materials indirectly through low temperature chilled water or frozen brine. This can improve the purity and clarity of extracting solution.
3. The transmission part of alcohol precipitation tank adopts mechanical seal and explosion-proof motor to ensure the production process conforms to the GMP medical standard.
4. The surface of alcohol sedimentation tank adopts mirror polishing processing or inferior smooth blasting treatment.
