QLM Super Micro Air Stream Pulverize

Description
After crushed by hammer crusher of ultra micro pulverizer, the large materials are crushed into small ones and sent to storage hopper by elevator, and then evenly sent to the upper distribution plate of the turnplate by vibrating feeder and sloping feeding pipe. When the grinding mill is at work, all the grinding rollers are rolling in the ring, and the materials are driven to the edge of the turnplate by the centrifugal force and fall down into the grinding chambers where the materials are repeatedly pressed, crushed and grinded by the rollers.

Application
QLM ultra micro pulverizer is widely used in traditional Chinese medicines, western medicines, health products and food materials. It is especially suited to heat sensitive and volatile materials for super fine grinding. The followings are the specific applications of airflow pulverizer.
1.High hardness materials: silicon carbide, any kind of corundum, boron carbide, alumina, zirconia, garnet, zircon sand and diamond.
2.Non-metal mine materials: quartz, mica, graphite, kaolin, calcium carbonate, barite, mullite, medical stone and wollastonite.
3.Chemical materials: aluminum hydroxide, silicone, epoxy resin and all kinds of additives.
4.Food and pharmaceutical materials: pollen, hawthorn, pearl powder, ganoderma lucidum, all kinds of vegetables, all kinds of Chinese herbal medicine and a variety of health products.
5.Metal materials: aluminum powder, magnesium powder, zinc powder, tin powder and copper powder.
6.Other materials: ceramic, refractory, electronic, magnetic, and photocopying materials.
