Description
DTS mobile lifting charging machine is mainly composed of chassis trolley and elevator. The elevator is made up of rack, hydraulic elevating system and upender, and can be configured with dedicated tapered hopper with sealing device, charging bucket and discharging butterfly valve that is easy to clean. This lifting feeder is an ideal material conveying equipment in accordance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice).

Application
DTS mobile lifting charging machine is mainly used to convey, elevate and feed powdery and granular solid materials in pharmaceutical industry. It can be used with mixing machine, granulating machine, tablet machine, coating machine, capsule filling machine and other process equipment. This lifting feeder is also widely applied in the chemical industry, light industry, food and other industries.

Working Principle of DTS Lifting Charging Machine
When working, first seal the tapered hopper and material. Start up the elevating operation arm and the hopper and charging bucket are both elevated. Start up the reversal operation rod, then the charging bucket will overturn with the angle of 180° and the bucket bottom is in upward state. Move the chassis trolley and connect it to the feed inlet of this lifting feeder. Open the discharging butterfly valve in the hopper, which is convenient for feeding materials.
